Looking for title and more details of a programme which I believe aired some 20-30 years ago. Only vague recollections but I think it concerned a very unremarkable collision involving a van (post office ?) which went on to have global ramifications, It was I think, supposed to be based on fact. Not sure if it was a documentary or dramatisation.
Any ideas welcome.
