This is more a medical question but could someone give me the medical definition of "Lack of Testamentary Capacity" please.

The problem is, inaquandry, your example is not a medical question, but rather a legal position. I'm sure you already know it has to do with a person's competency to leave a will. A will can be challenged on the basis of your example and at the time of the challenge, medical evidence would probably be presented. That evidence can be documented dementia, drug influence or a host of other real or imagined influences affecting a person's mental capacity...
