I hope I'm on the right site for these quiz questions. 1. What is the name given to calm seas and winds found in Equatorial regions? 2. These horrendous winds blow in an anti-clockwise direction in the Northern Hemisphere. What are they? 3. Name the cold ocean current which meets the warm Gulf Stream and which causes dense fog off Newfoundland. 4. What name is given to an area of rough weather in the North, and sometimes South Atlantic, from 40 - 50 degrees latitude? The Aurora Borealis is the correct name for? I'm sure this is the Northern Lights. Then the question continues.. Ant the Atipodean equivalent is the? (2 words required.) Any help with these would be greatly appreciated.
