Hello!

I would be very grateful if osmeone could help me with writing a letter. It is actually my friends car that has been affected.

She had lots of problems with it at the time, but only last month had to take it into Peugeot as it had gotten so bad. She was told there that it was down to the petrol contamination and to write them a letter to try and claim back her costs. She did so but has received a letter back saying that they will not be held responsible. What can she say?

Please help. Many thanks to you. c~s
