I saw one of those Chef shows, I think that it was made in Scotland, and would like to try making risotta this way. Can't find anything on the net like it - anybody got any ideas?

This is a recipe for chicken risotto with pearl barley. Hope you've got a good sense of humour - as it's for babies, but it's a start anyway. ;-)
