Where on the internet can I find a list of estate agents who have been prosecuted under the Property Misdescriptions Act and the offences they have committed?

You will find that most Estate Agents that have been trading for any length of time, will, at some point have fallen foul of the PMA regulations.

For example, a local company with a very good reputation was fined for stating in their property particulars that a certain property had a 'view of a local river'. Unfortunately when the details were drawn up it was winter, with no leaves on the trees, and the valuer just didn't think, or realise how much the leaves would obscure the view.
Often, the most trivial of missed details can be cause for prosecution.
