The human body doesn't work like that, so you wouldd never explode like Mr Creosote in the Python film.

If you were to overload your stomach to the point where it was full of undigested food, the remaining food would simply not fit, and the stomach would reflux and vomit back the latest attempt to overfill it.

So, don't bother trying this at home.

At most, (for example, filling yourself up on dry rice and then drinking plenty of water), you would vomit / defecate a bit.

Even the risk of your stomach rupturing and you bleeding to death internally are fairly remote, let alone 'exploding'.

There used to be a programme on TV where they attempted prove or disprove the science behind some of those 'impossible' film moments.

In one, someone had to eat loads of hardboiled eggs, and they found a volunteer to recreate it. He was indeed sick.
