I agree with JustSia on the feel of them, but wanted to point out that all clouds are made of water vapour (I believe) and so all clouds are 'rain clouds'. The white ones are just not concentrated enough to make it rain.

As a skydiver I can tell you that you get absolutely soaked when passing through one.
