Hi.

I have just bought a fitness trampoline and can't believe how badly I ache after a few days of using it.

To be honest I have only used it for about 15 mins a night as was completly knackered very quickly.

Now I ache in places I did not know I had !!!!!! even the soles of my feet ached and my stomach muscles have been v painful.

How can jumping up and down make you ache all over, I feel like I have run for many miles.

I have enjoyed it, and even better is its free and easy and I can watch TV whilst doing it.

Will it really tone me up though or I am wasting my time.

Thanks.

I am feeling your pain!! I have got one of these fitness trampolines (unfortunately living in the garage now, as most fitness equipment seems to end up!) and by God, it's hard work. Using the trampoline is supposed to be really good for you - good for cardovascular (sp?) and good for toning your wobbly bits up. Apparently, its supposed to be as good as jogging, but a lot better for you as there is hardly any impact or strain on your joints.

I feel for you willspal. I was on a speedrope for about an hour(!) 2 days ago and my calfs are falling off. I hobble everywhere now lol. Don't know if trampolining is good for you, but you could try skipping ause that's meant to b really good - if you can handle the pain... ;)
