Is it true that the iron content in spinach was wrongly calculated as high (the technician got a decimal place wrong) and that it is no more or less than any other green vegetable?

That's what I heard in school, so it is probably false :>)

true and false DT. Spinich has a higher Iron content than many other green veg but it is of the type that the body cannot easily absorb and it may be true that a technician got the DP in the wrong place.. Wikipedia has a good article on it.
