how come after a day or two carbonated water begins to 'sweat' in the bottle and is it still safe to drink?

plus fizzy or carbonated water can cause gall or kidney stones due to the high salt content

you tell my doctor that and my friends mum who had to have a stone removed due to excessive drinking of carbonated water.
