Anyone not suffering from a debilitating brain condition is capable of learning. Such a condition might be intoxication, dementia, concussion, traumatic experience, amnesia, damage to the hypothalamus. Some people who are doggedly stubborn and unwise may come close to deliberate ignorance, but their strategies for refusing to learn anything new may ironically be improving daily through practice.

nobody can ever know everything, because even all the people in the world put together dont know everything, so yes, people can still learn no matter how old or wise they are.

Yes of course they can except for people who drive cars.

They only learn enough to pass the test and then most of them seem to get worse!
