In all seriousness folks, take away one of the eggs, the sausage and the black pudding (leave one hash brown)and perhaps 2 or 3 times a week,I would consider that to be considered as a healthy breakfast.
sausage has to be cumberland, and like my bacon unsmoked. have to have toast, that's part of it... and nice strong coffee - though the cafe i have been to before covid and had such a breakfast doesn't do good coffee.
I was in a supermarket - does everything. A girl ordered a big salad sandwich, lettuce, scallions, meat, just about everything that was on the counter. Guy musta knew her. He got it all and mashed it all up into a pulp and put into her sandwich. Just a load of pulp.
