Is there a way to do this?Also,are there other men here who have leydig cell hypoplasia?Have you been born with hypospadias?Can you increase the count of Leydig cells which produces 95% of testosterone in the body?

D-Aspartic acid is touted as a 'natural' way of boosting lutropin (a.k.a luteinizing hormone), which is itself involved in the production of Leydig cells. So taking a D-Aspartic acid supplement might be of benefit but I'd like to see some peer-reviewed research before stating that it definitely would.

@Buenchico But aspartic acid increases the lh production not the count of the cells themselves.
