i dont think there's really a precise measurement. there are so many factors involved ie smoking, boozing, diet, cholesterol, regular exercise etc, not just obesity. thin people can have heart attacks too. having said that, i nearly had a heart attack when i had to buy a pair of jeans with 36 in waist recently...
