where on the planet is the highest natural point only 1.21m? and this is not a joke!

The Kingman Reef in the Pacific Ocean has a highest point of 1m, according to

Tuvalu has the lowest highest point of any country, at 5m.

Surely anywhere on the planet that is 1.22m above sea level
The Maldives have a high point of 2.4m. Can be found using the above link.
