What are some good herbal suppliments and vitamins for agoraphobia/depression?

I'm taking St. John's Wort 0.3% 300mg with 5-HTP 100mg someday's those work for me and someday's they don't is there anything else i can try that will work all the time,i can't take Valerian root cause the last time i took it it made me become very depressed and have bad mood swings plus nightmares

Annie, have you had a clinical diagnosis for your condition? I've been there - and I really wouldn't recommend trying to treat this yourself without medical help. It was a long time ago for me but my GP was great. Self-medication for something like this is not - IMO - the best way forward. Do seek help.
agree with boxtops - a clinical condition requires professional management - and sweetie - ignore the odd less than kind answer you may receive and come on here to chat whenever you feel like it.
Leave the herbs alone, if you were just a bit down the St John's wort would be fine combined with diet changes and exercise but as you say you have agoraphobia as well that needs proper interventions. Cognitive behavioural Therapy is often the best route for this
