I know that durectics work my increasing the production of urine .

However why do some people taking it, can feel the intense need to pass urine , yet when they do , they dont paas a lot of urine ?

This is just a guess. Do the drugs act on the bladder making you feel you need to go more often?
This indeed an uncommon side effect of diuretic and as such, I cannot offer an explanation.

There are more commoner causes by far, than the side effects of diuretics.
sandy...good guess, but diuretics have no effect on bladder function (as far as I know)
