Are there new space shuttles to replace the old ones?

Apparently the 3 space shuttles that NASA use are being decommissioned this year. What are they going to use for space travel after this happens? Are they building new space shuttles?

Thanks for those great pics, Flobadob. (I'd love to do a space walk but I'd hate the years of training and the launch. I feel ill on kiddy's funfair rides!)

You wouldn't need to have a fear of heights, some of the astronauts seem to be in very precarious positions. I get a little nauseous sometimes looking at them.
