The inhabitants of this island are either knights or knaves. Knights always tell the truth, knaves always lie.

A visitor to the island meets three inhabitants, A B and C.

A and B make statements as follows:
A: "all of us are knaves".
B: "exactly one of us is a knight".

What are A, B, C?
