Oh dear, bit touchy Baz? Upon such mistakes are votes won and lost and thus careers blighted.
Worcester|?..........Wichita?..........Shadow Minister.

C'mon boys.

Not serious..........but certainly a foor in the mouth.
no not touchy at all - however point taken - he shouldn't risk annoying the people of Worcester
LOl...try "foot" in the mouth.

It could have been an accidental slip of the tongue or it could have been ignorance - we don't know.

Umunna has such a droning voice I'm surprised anyone noticed.
It's not something he should be shot at dawn for but he's taken some flack around here about it (Hereford and Worcestershire). They're calling him 'The Which are my lines man' here.
For pity's sake...first a clumsily-eaten sandwich and now a mispronounced word. Is there one amongst us who has not frequently committed exactly the same "faults" during our lives? Yet, now there are some who believe such minutiae are political suicide. If they are, then perhaps Mr Umunna may well have been right as regards UKIP voters...as well as others!
I like a bit of that Lea & Perrins wichita sauce on my beans on toast.

The media love to make a big deal out of every slip of the tongue from a politician, whether it's something daft like this or something that could be interpreted as not being politically correct enough. Gordon Brown was so scared of saying the wrong thing he wouldn't even commit to which was his favourite biscuit in case it offended someone.
It's all a bit silly really.
anyone as arrogant as chuk is 'riding for a fall'.
