Adult apprenticeship & working tax credit...?

Hi

Can you claim WTC if you are on an adult apprenticeship? The weekly pay will be £95 for a 35-40 hour week.

I've looked on directgov and can't find anything - as usual, job centre staff don't have a clue and the TC helpline is not answering.

The fact that you are in an apprenticeship does not of itself prevent you from claiming WTC. See the full list of qualifying conditions here
