Adult apprenticeship & working tax credit...?

Hi

Can you claim WTC if you are on an adult apprenticeship? The weekly pay will be £95 for a 35-40 hour week.

I've looked on directgov and can't find anything - as usual, job centre staff don't have a clue and the TC helpline is not answering.
