Aww, thanks Lottie.

Have you been invaded by seagulls?

They're quite jolly, aren't they.
Disgusting nasty creatures. And crows.
No, Sals ... they are a little bit of the seaside.

I can't imagine being outdoors without the sound of gulls.

(except in Switzerland, obviously).
I love the sound of them - when we're on the boat or in the marina, it's the sound of holidays and good times. But they are bleedin' vicious.
Nice John Deere 9400 series :)
Only if you are holding food !

But they circle in the sky over Withdean Stadium (yes, they really do), which is somehow a little bit magical.

(I know, I know ... I'm too easily pleased)

JJ - I'm always holding food. Or wine.....
I'm always sitting on food, ha ha.

(should I Submit that?)

(Errr ...)

(Okay, go on then)
such as cucumbers or marrows?
didn't Eric Cantona say something about why seagulls follow the tractor?
No, I just meant ... you know ... edible ... down there ...

... maybe it's just as well it was a bit obscure.
Ah! Mars bars, mini-milks and strawberries?
Crikey, Sals ... it must get really messy when your BF stays with you.
'Fraid not. He's quite staid compared to some I've 'known'. And he has so many food intolerances, an edible night could very soon turn into an anaphylatic shock. Not quite the desired effect......
That would be a bummer if you were "almost there" Sals !

They follow the ploughs JJ. I don't mind them at all!! All part of the country scene (as are the crows). I have never been attacked Salla.

Yep Chuck - correct. I am very fond of John Deere Tractors, they have been a part of my life for the last 30+ years. We are not farming folk though.

Where is ttfn!!
Question Author
Took the photos at 9.00am. It was pouring with rain. I think Peter the tractor driver thought I was mad!!!
Bless you Lottie ! Nice photo - I need to put up my new doggy calendar, when I find it.
That reminds me, I need to and buy some bulbs.
The 60+, screw type, round-head. Sounds like an ABer to me ;o)
