Presumably from insinuation and innuendo
Innuendo and insinuation perhaps?
The answers given seem right to me but strickly speaking this isn't a Malapropism.  A malapropism is using the wrong word, for example in this sentence "He was a political alligator" when it should be agitator.
As Bryanplus says, it's not a Malapropism. It's an inadvertent neologism!
