shepherds pie fits and fisherman's pie doesn't- but wasn't Simon a fisherman rather than a shepherd- or is it a reference to Somon Shepherd, the actor?

Thanks everyone - why are they so obvious when you have the answer!! This has been a great quiz - really enjoyed it. still stuck on 91 and 99. No 2 has been shown as Pork Pies but I don't see how that goes with the clue - COULD BE TELLING FIBS IN THE CAPITAL
