Suze- he's an award winning chef on TV who does ridiculously audacious things with food. He is creative but completely eccentric.

I watched some of that, all that faffing and far1ing about and a very small piece of meat appears from an exploding bird. I'd hate to have to wait for my breakfast.

I watched his experiment with roast potatoes. The best ones were par boiled in salted water. The difference between those boiled in salt water and those not was vast...
