Have any fellow crossword addicts won a prize from imos and received it? I won a dictionary in January and despite.2 letters and 1 email no prize. Has anyone else experienced any problems?

I won a thesaurus dictionary from Irish Mail On Sunday last year. I did not receive the prize and when I emailed them about it, I received no reply.
