Certainly.

An adverse effect is toll as in to take its toll. the R in it is river. One of the definitions of troll is to fish, usually by hand.

Abe is short for Abraham.Lincoln primarily is the letter L. Put togerther this gives Abel, the first murder victim recorded in the Bible.
