I would have the male neutered and put them together, guinea pigs are gregarious animals and love company.
I agree with Lankeela. I would get the single fella done and pair them up. I have a neutered male piggy with two females. Piggies are really social and are happier with company

thank you both for ur answers i appreciate it very much!!!!!! heres to the new future couple!!!! xxxxxxxx
I agree - they do love company and a neutered male and female together are usually great. I used to have a pair like that and they were lovely together

i had that planned as i dont like to see them on thier own :( the male we have is aggresive towards the other males would this affect them being friends?
Male guinea pigs can be aggressive towards each other (like males of many species). Neutering should settle him down and it's unlikely that he will be aggressive towards a female

thats what i thought as when the single male goes over to her cage hes very curious but when he goes over to the other males they start the teeth chattering and aggresive movements. ill give it a go xxx thanks bensmum xxxxx
