I have been delivered an Italian wine hamper and it included (among other things) a small jar of 'Sugo Mediterraneo Alle Olive' another small jar of 'Pomodori Secchi con Capperi' and a small jar of 'Crema Di Carciofi' Can anyone let me know how to eat these or what to eat them with? Thankyou very much in advance.

'Sugo Mediterraneo Alle Olive' is a southern Italian Tomato and Olive Sauce. Simply pour it over your choice of pasta (e.g. Fusilli), or warm it and use it as an accompaniment to something like grilled fresh tuna.

'Pomodori Secchi con Capperi'' are tomatoes stuffed with capers. I'm not sure what you're meant to do with them but this might possibly offer a clue:

Lastly, the Harvey Nichols website states this:
"Crema di Carciofi (Artichoke Cream Sauce) is a traditionally prepared sauce from Puglia. It is an excellent topping for canapés, mixed into scrambled eggs, or with pasta salad. Try warming it gently and serving as a dressing to grilled chicken".
