1 Shop soiled?
3 Off limits
2. Driffield?
2. Driffield?
1 SHOP SOILED (drunk) = shops (betrtays) + oiled (drunk)

2 DRIFFIELD (a Yorkshire town) = Dr (doctor) + if (providing) + field (answer e.g. a question)

3 OFF LIMITS (Bob Hope film ) = o (old) + anagram (indicated by comic) of 'film' inside of 'fits'
sorry 1 the definition is 'looking a liitle worse for wear'

(the other people got these right already so only did this in case the questions marks left you in any doubt)

Brilliant both of you.
In Qu 1 I had an i where I should have had an o, having used in instead of on in another answer.
The letters for No2 are now d?i?f?e?d. Probably ends ...field
