ford focus zetec 1600 year 2000 firing on three cylinders

driving along when I lost power the engine started to run rough, temp fine/ no red lights just the engine management system orange light on it seems to be firing on three cylinders.. changed the plugs, changed, the ht leads to all the plugs still running like a bears .. what have you any advice please ..
