I've been racking my brain and can't think of the artist or song of a female who had a top 40 hit in either 1987,1988 or 1989.Great song she was foreign ,Asian possibly a one hit wonder i'm sure.Please help it's annoying me!!.

Sorry folks I'm sure whoever and whatever the song is it was sung in her native language.Maybe she wasn't Asian afrer all maybe Israeli?.I know it's a shot in the dark but thanks for the interest definately late 80's and a top 40 hit certainly not billions of artists.
