X Factor - Not a Singing Competition Anymore

Think I'm going to stop watching the X Factor. It's not a singing competition anymore. The contestants might as well come on, not sing, just plead with the viewers to vote for them and walk off. It doesn't seem to matter if certain people sing well or badly - they just go through. I'm thinking of Diane going through yet again, despite being a very, very average singer. And worst of all Ruth going out after being beaten by that little dwarf who whispers in the mike and hits a bum note every other phrase. Pants.

totally agree with you, worra load of tosh. FIX FIX FIX, I didnt want ruth to win (alex gets my vote) but to put her out over diana and owen, eoghan or blabla wotever hes called is a travesty.

Your'e bloody right, I cannot believe Diana stayed in, its a fix, Ruth never hits a bum note and gives it everything.every week, as does Alex. Either there's a lot of young teenage kids voting for Eoughan (as I said earlier) or a lot of grandmothers watching, and I don't mean to generalise, you all know what I mean! Its a damn shame.

This is why we've had enough and are buying Rick Astley for Christmas.
All that screaming, crying, sob stories, back slapping and occasional song was just horrendous last night. Then covering that song, just in poor taste.
