I will kick my self when I see the answer but can some kind soul suggest the answer to 10 across? The clue is "Last of a series by Coventry manufacturer". Five letters. I have O?E?A. It's presumably not Omega (Vauxhall) since that would be Luton not Coventry.

Correction. The title should be "The Automobile Prize Crossword No. 260". Don't know what happened here.
The Omega point means the last in a series ?

The good point you made about "omega", Emeritus, left me wondering what significance this would leave in regard the reference to "Coventry". That is why I was looking for the name of Coventry car manufacturer's model that had been discontinued. Then I twigged it. "Omega" was not the name of a model, but the car manufacturer itself. I looked it up and found it was the name of a Coventry company that made a three-wheeler car in the 1920s. So the answer was of the double meaning type - "last in the line" and "motorcar manufacturer".
Many thanks for kicking off the train of thought!
