The only word in the dictionary is bottom,so I reckon Icey has made this word up.Unless it's a particular name for something like a place for example.
I actually believe there is a place called Bottom somewhere!!

As it's for Bez I reckon the answer is ,I think, BETTOM,although I'm not sure what it is.
I have come up with this answer as I have picked the first two letters of BE in BEz.........
