I've got the connection for thses two but cannot get the last 2 answers

Thanks granny grump for your help. That's the obvious answer but, elsewhere in the quiz, where the answer is more than one word, the number of words is in brackets. If there are more answers like this, then I probably don't have many to find - I'm assuming 50 and 60 fall into this category. That just leaves 64 - any suggestions would be great! Thanks!
