Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Back in March, Swannbaker posed a question for which no answer was posted. Well the answer is M, but can anyone tell me why? It was a series that went E R E G Y

Someone called doorbell already attempted to post this question earlier this evening and was told:

"This question is from this month's GBQ. We would all like the answer to that!!
By the way, the quiz setter has requested that his questions are neither asked, or answered on this site, so please respect that."

If Ivorbiggun is telling the truth, and I have no reason to disbelieve him, then this couldn't have been asked in March.

If it WAS asked in March, you have my sincere apologies so please post the link and I will apply my mind to finding you a solution. Failing that, I will assume Ivorbiggun is correct.

Your sincere apologies are accepted.

I followed your links and Ivorbiggun hasn't said anything about this question, although it is true that it is in this months GBQ. Therefore IB is indeed correct, but so am I (and you should have thought about that as a possibility before posting).

I suspect this question is NOT original to the GBQ and in fact was used earlier this year in ANOTHER quiz. I can post the link to the March question if you wish. Or is there a way to contact you outside the link so I can send you the link without continuing this thread?

I have to say I am very curious to know where it came from. Presumably a lot of people will know the answer from doing the other quiz.
