19A - Lamb served by a high priest for starters (4) E - I -

Faint recollection of some garlic mayo/butter type stuff that we got in Ibiza called Elio or something like that but struggling to find it on the web.

Thanks in advance.

Elia (=Charles Lamb)
Do you need an explanation of the wordplay?

Definition = Lamb

Wordplay = served by A
high priest (= Eli in the Bible) for starters (= at the front - before the A) so Eli + a = Elia
Interestingly enough this was the last clue I was stuck on - until I had a eureka moment... I worked out elia but couldn't work out how it fitted with lamb. Until google stepped in.
