Hi bluedeg
I grow angel's trumpets, I am not an expert but there are a few reasons for yellowing leaves, you will always get one or two leaves yellowing and falling, thats natural, but if you're losing a lot of leaves it could be that the plant needs to be re potted or fed a little more often (about once or twice a week in the growing season) or that you're overwatering, they are thirsty, but don't leave a saucer under pots as they don't like to sit in water, they need to free drain. I had a similar problem earlier in the year, and found that it was because I had my pots sitting on saucers which retained too much water, after removing the saucers, in about a week the problem was solved.............hope this helps
