from Paris you can take the A13 past Rouen & Le Havre to Caen, the N13 will then take you past the landing beaches and on to Cherbourg. Brittany Ferries http://www.brittany-ferries.co.uk/routes sail from Cherbourg and Caen to Portsmouth, from where you can drive to London up the A3.
You can get the train straight from Paris to any of the ferry ports in Normandy, Caen, DIeppe or Le Havre. http://www.raileurope.co.uk/
