71d I've searched all my usual places, and the only word that remotely fits is GRAVID, which means 'heavily pregnant'.
I suppose interpreting 'pregnant' as in a 'pregnant pause' could stretch GRAVID to mean 'full of meaning', but I'm just guessing ???
