nope, xp will be around for a while yet! plus longhorn is the codename, so it probly wont be called that when its released.

2007 IF MS are lucky. Longhorn in it's current state is more a hacked version of XP. Also, they intend to put certain things in it (see http://www.againsttcpa.com/what-is-tcpa.html ).. I can't see why anyone will look forward to it =)

I originally said just `no' because it has gone through that many transformations already that it has even lost the Longhorn codename. Don`t hold your breath.
