I ask as I think I've either a) been sent a free copy for which I will no doubt have to pay later or b) won a crossword competition... but I do not know which (or even when)...

Seems you've won Mephisto (Sunday Times) - Well Done
Well done you clever person !
Many congratulations.

That's extraordinary - I've never done a Mephisto!
Possibly the FT.

I've had several from them in the last couple of years.
Question Author
Now that is possible.

Hurrah.
Well done BigMac!
Have you done the Saga crossword?
I was notified by Saga that I had won a Bloomsbury Concise English Dictionary, as a consolation prize for the February 2007 crossword.
I then went on to win a Franklin Electronic Dictiionary for the July 2007 crossword. I live in hopes for a hat trick with the 'biggie'!!!
Yes, I won a Bloomsbury from Saga three years ago, they sent me a letter telling me of the win, luckily, because it never arrived and I was able to let them know so they sent a replacement copy. This year I won the same again but had no letter about it, the package just arrived unannounced like yours, I think it had a Saga compliments slip in it, but if this had gone astray I would never have known anything about it
well done anyway.

Thanks for all the kind words.

It is possible to win... so it's worth entering!
