Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Think the answer must be "human guinea pig".Have learned that a sement of orange can be called a pig, but am mystified by the "sound of a snake".

Many thanks - all is explained.
Kayakamina, how can I guarantee the search facility will locate a particular clue? I usually end up scrolling down 25 pages or so - must have missed the earlier person who had already posed my question! Pardon my unfamiliarity with site.

If it's any help poteen I type the clue into the search engine making sure I change 'web' to 'site' and it will come up if it's already been posted.

poteen after you have composed your question and pressed submit , you are asked to check before confirming you're intention of submitting whether any on the answers shown below cover your question.
As you would have typed in 'Guardian 24367 Araucaria' my posting on Saturday would have popped up and saved you all the time you have now expended.

I'm just trying to help and not making a criricism.
