Tiniest's extremities are TT and these have been lassoed by a LASHING giving LAST THING.
It is MAKER because God is a "maker" (allegedly), the cuckoo is MAD and the frog is KERMIT, thus MA[d]KER[mit]..

Sorry the answer I gave is wrong. It is MAKER and not ANKER. I am putting it down to one of several 'senior moments' I've had this weekend!
