I saw someone yesterday, flying a red r/c plane. It was all red, with two LED/lights in the underside.

Anyone know what make and model this could have been, and where I could get one?

There are any number of different model planes fitted with LEDs these days. It's the 'in thing', it seems..
I'm the membership secretary of a radio control flying club and all the LEDs I've seen so far have been added by the modeller after purchase. You can get some very bright ones on eBay. If you check the British Model Flying Association Website www.bmfa.org you should be able to locate the club near where you saw the plane. They list all the affiliated clubs in the UK. There may even be one near you!
Good Luck.
While I think about it, locate your nearest model shop and ask there. They will more likely have an idea of what's on the market.

I am pretty sure this was one of the cheaper, ready-built electric models which have suddenly become widely available.
