is the answer to 17dn "homopolymer" i can't find the word in any dictionary? the clue is "a DNA or RNA strand whose nucleonides are all of the same kind" thanks.

It is in Chambers (I haven't got the latest ed.)
If need to check a word in an online dictionary, go on to google and type in....

definition of (and the word), in this case
definition of homopolymer (then click enter)

and it should come up with loads of options, like this...
