there is a place called 'the needles' on the isle of wight
i'm thinking of stitching with needles (no 3)
That's proabaly right. Clickers and stictchers appear to be objects used in making leather shoes and suchlike.

Yes I agree I had thought of the needles, but could not see where clickers fits in.
I have one last one
