Coutries north of the arctic circle. Presumabaly because it stays light for many months of the year.

countries north of the arctic was all i could come up with i wasn't sure if it was meant to be the name of one particular place but obviously it's not thanks.

It is any country that is 66-33`N on the surfaceof the earth.
That will include a lot of countries.
You can check it easiest on a globe.
